1.0 PLATFORM DESCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Assemble It LLC (the "Company") operates a specialized platform for professional assembly and installation services. 1.2 Access to these services is restricted to individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age. 1.3 Users must reside in active service territories: MI, IN, OH, IL, CA, CT, FL, and VA.

2.0 CHARGES AND PAYMENTS

2.1 ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Service charges are collected in full FIVE (5) DAYS IN ADVANCE of the scheduled service date. This advance payment is essential for securing technician availability, conducting background logistical coordination, and finalizing field insurance requirements. 2.2 NON-REFUNDABLE STATUS: ALL DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE ONCE PROCESSED. ASSEMBLE IT LLC MAINTAINS A RIGID NO-REFUND POLICY TO OFFSET THE IMMEDIATE LOGISTICAL COSTS INCURRED UPON BOOKING. 2.3 DISPUTE WINDOW: Any billing discrepancies must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the service date to be eligible for review. 2.4 CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE RECOVERY: Customers are liable for a $150.00 administrative fee for any chargeback or payment dispute initiated through their financial institution. 2.5 DELIVERY & MATERIAL COSTS: Standard service quotes cover labor only. Delivery fees are NOT included in initial service estimates and will be added as line-item charges. Any materials or hardware provided or delivered by the Company incur a minimum $75.00 delivery fee plus a 25% procurement surcharge.

3.0 TRIP FEES AND ONSITE DELAYS

3.1 A mandatory TRIP FEE of $150.00 to $195.00 will be applied if service cannot be completed due to missing, damaged, or incorrect parts provided by the client or retailer. 3.2 PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: It is the sole responsibility of the Client to inspect all units, boxes, and components for damage or missing hardware PRIOR to the technician's arrival. Failure to identify issues before the technician arrives is not grounds for a fee waiver. 3.3 This TRIP FEE also applies to onsite delays exceeding 20 minutes caused by site unpreparedness, lack of access, or local HOA interference. 3.4 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: Costs for parking, tolls, specialized equipment rentals, and waste disposal fees are passed through directly to the customer and will be added to the final invoice.

4.0 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

4.1 72+ HOURS NOTICE: No additional penalty; however, original deposits remain subject to Section 2.2. 4.2 LESS THAN 72 HOURS: Cancellation or rescheduling will incur a fee of $195.00 (minimum) or 30% of the total labor estimate, whichever is greater. 4.3 ONSITE CANCELLATION: If the technician is onsite or in transit, the client is liable for up to 100% of the total service quote.

5.0 ORDER MODIFICATION

5.1 Changes to service scope (adding/removing items) must be finalized at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment. 5.2 Any modifications attempted within 48 hours are subject to availability and immediate price adjustment.

6.0 DAMAGE WAIVERS

6.1 The Client explicitly releases Assemble It LLC and its contractors from all liability regarding incidental or consequential damage during the assembly process, including but not limited to floor scuffs, wall marks, or minor hardware failure inherent to the product manufacturer's quality.

7.0 INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 THE CLIENT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ASSEMBLE IT LLC AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES. 7.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 7.3 THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE DELAYS OR PRODUCT DEFECTS.

8.0 TERM/TERMINATION & VENUE

8.1 This agreement remains in effect per individual booking. 8.2 Governing Law & Venue: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of Sarasota County, Florida. As a national company, the Client agrees that this venue is reasonable and serves the interest of legal consistency across all United States service territories.

8.3 Intellectual Property: All website content, proprietary pricing models, and trade secrets remain the exclusive property of the Company.

9.0 CONFIDENTIALITY & STATUS

9.1 Pricing and proprietary assembly methodologies are strictly confidential. 9.2 Independent Contractor Status: All technicians operate as independent contractors; nothing in this agreement creates a partnership or employer-employee relationship.
